At She Moves Well Coaching, I specialise in helping women find confidence, strength, and self-esteem through movement. With over eight years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, my goal is to empower you through fitness, regardless of how busy your life is. 

I believe everyone should be taking up space in the gym regardless of their experience with exercise. This is where the She Lifts online programme was born!

She Lifts is a beginner-friendly strength training programme designed to help you feel confident in the gym without the overwhelm.

No gatekeeping, no complicated workouts, just simple, effective training that actually gets you results. You’ll get clear 4-week programmes, affordable pricing, and all the guidance you need from me without having to book sessions at peak times or fight for equipment. Learn how to train properly, build strength, and walk into the gym knowing exactly what you’re doing.

With two to three engaging workouts each week, you'll follow along with easy-to-use videos right at your fingertips. Meet Your Personal Trainer, Jenni

Hey, I'm Jen! I am a pole dancing, weight lifting, carb eating boxing queen and I am completely obsessed with helping women find confidence and self esteem through movement that works for them and their busy lives. I have worked in the fitness industry as a health and wellbeing coach for over eight years. In this time, I have worked as a coach at Ministry of Sound, Double Jab Boxing Club and The Bridge women's only gym and have mainly worked with women and non-binary folk in this time.​ Prior to retraining as a coach, I worked in Art sales in London. I spent my spare time in the gym weight training and boxing. I was an endorphin addict! When I retrained as a personal trainer, I made it my goal to help people find movement that worked best for them and their hectic lifestyles, as I knew exactly how it felt to work full time and have to cram exercise in!

She Lifts is an exciting programme designed for beginners ready to confidently enter the weights section. With my straightforward approach, you'll quickly find your groove in the gym and will be lifting barbells in no time! Join a supportive cohort setting that empowers you to reach your strength goals.

How Does The Programme work? Do I Need Equipment?

To successfully follow the She Lifts program, you will need access to a gym and a phone. I accept a cohort of 5 participants every 3 months, ensuring personalised attention and support for each member. Join us to elevate your fitness journey together!
